Our Staff
Our housekeeper or caretakers will greet you on your arrival at Villa PassiFlora, and they will help you coordinate your activities to make your Dominican vacation as smooth and memorable as possible.
Our caretakers live on-site, care for Evie—the villa’s canine crusader (Evie is restricted from the main house)—maintain the pool and grounds. They will be your initial contact should you have questions or problems during your stay. Our caretakers are not security guards, but their presence helps assure the security of the home and our guests.
Isalene George, Housekeeper
Isalene
is a native of Calibishie, and she keeps the villa sparkling. She is also
one of the best cooks in the village. You are likely to get to sample her fresh juices, often from fruits you're unlikely to have experience elsewhere. She cooks using fresh, local produce, fish and chicken. Isalene’s husband, Francois, is a farmer and can be a source of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Brad and Lisa Eisenmenger, Caretakers
Brad and Lisa live in our basement apartment, and they're responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of buildings and grounds. If you arrive in the evening or weekend, they'll be at the villa to greet and help get you settled in. Brad and Lisa are Canadian, and they fell in love with Dominica during an extended visit in 2011. Their backgrounds in horticulture and animal care make them an excellent fit for our staff.
Tina Alexander, Manager
Tina is our on-island managerial associate. She is also the British Honorary Consul in Dominica. She works with our caretakers and housekeeper to help assure you of a smooth stay at Villa PassiFlora. Your fees and deposits may be readily paid through her office via credit or debit card or wire transfer. Tina and her Dominican husband, Harry, offer a range of potentially useful services, including lodging in Roseau should your visit include an evening in the capital, or a day's local fishing or sightseeing from the sea. Check out Tina's website.
